中医肛肠注射固脱法治疗重度痔疮的临床观察

A clinical study on treating severe hemorrhoids by anorectal injection of TCM-solid method

目的:观察中医肛肠注射固脱法治疗重度痔疮的临床效果。方法:对本院2016年11月-2017年11月本院收治的86例重度痔疮患者资料加以探究,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组各43例;对照组行外剥内扎术,实验组行中医肛肠注射固脱法治疗,比对两组临床治疗效果。结果:实验组治疗后痔核外观(0.21±0.32)分、肛门脱垂程度(0.71±0.30)分,评分较对照组均更低,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组创面愈合时间(5.46±1.32)d与疼痛缓解时间(2.36±1.01)d较之对照组均显著更短,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组临床治疗总有效率、肛门脱垂疗效分别为95.3%、93.0%,显著高于对照组的76.7%、72.1%,组间差异均有统计学意义(P <0..05)。结论:重度痔疮行中医肛肠注射固脱法治疗可取得确切疗效,可有效加快创面愈合速度,减轻患者疼痛,具有临床推广、应用的价值。

Objective： To observe clinical efects of anorectal injection of TCM-solid method on severe hemorrhoids. Methods： In our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017, 86 patients with severe hemorrhoids were randomly selected as experimental objects. 86 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases in each. The control group was treated by milligan-morgan hemorrhoidectomy, and the observation group was treated by anorectal injection of TCM-solid method. Clinical efects between two groups were compared. Results： After treatment, the score of appearance of hemorrhoids （0.21±0.32） and the score of degree of prolapse of anus （0.71±0.30） in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The healing time of （5.46±1.32） days and the time of pain relief of （2.36±1.01） days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The total efective rate （95.3%） and curative efect of prolapse of anus （93.0%） in the observation group were higher than 76.7% and 72.1% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efects of anorectal injection of TCM-solid method on severe hemorrhoids was efective by accelerating the wound healing rate and alleviating patient’s pain, and worthy of promotion.
