六味安消胶囊与莫沙必利联用对慢性功能性便秘的临床有效性分析

Clinical efficacy of the Liuwei Anxiao capsule plus Mosapride on chronic functional constipation

目的:分析六味安消胶囊与莫沙必利联用对慢性功能性便秘的临床有效性。方法:选取2016年12月-2018年1月本院收治的36例慢性功能性便秘患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分成两组,一组仅莫沙必利进行治疗,为普通组,一组则联合六味安消胶囊进行治疗,为研究组,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组的治疗有效率为100%(18例),明显高于普通组的77.78%(14例)(P <0.05);研究组患者粪便性状、排便频率、排便时间、困难程度和腹胀症状评分分别为(0.66±0.11)分、(0.65±0.12)分、(0.70±0.10)分、(0.69±0.13)分、(0.86±0.14)分,其各项症状评分数据均优于普通组患者(P <0.05)。结论:六味安消胶囊与莫沙必利联用治疗慢性功能性便秘可有效改善患者的临床症状,治疗有效率高,可在慢性功能性便秘的临床治疗中推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical efects of the Liuwei Anxiao capsule （ 六味安消胶囊 ） plus Mosapride on chronic functional constipation. Methods： In our hospital from December 2016 to January 2017, 36 patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly selected as experimental objects. 36 patients were randomly divided into the research group and the normal group. The normal group was treated with Mosapride; the research group was treated with the Liuwei Anxiao capsule more. Clinical efects between groups were compared. Results： The total efective rate was 100% （18 cases） in the research group, higher than 77.78% （14 cases） in the normal group （P〈0.05）. The clinical indexes such as fecal property, defecation frequency, defecating time, defecation difculty level and abdominal distension symptom score in the research group were better than those in the normal group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Liuwei Anxiao capsule plus Mosapride on chronic functional constipation was efective and worthy of promotion.
