清肺祛痰糖浆治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽50例疗效观察

Efficacy of the Qingfei Qutan syrup on cough of the Tanre type in children

目的:观察自制中药清肺祛痰糖浆结合头孢类抗生素治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:将100例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用头孢类抗生素加沐舒坦口服液。治疗组采用头孢类抗生素加清肺祛痰糖浆。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为82%,对照组总有效率为74%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:治疗组清肺祛痰糖浆加头孢类抗生素口服治疗小儿痰热型咳嗽比对照组头孢类抗生素加沐舒坦口服能更快缓解咳嗽咯痰症状,缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efcacy of the Qingfei Qutan syrup （ 清肺祛痰糖浆 ） and cephalosporin on cough of the Tanre type （痰热型） in children. Methods： 100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was given cephalosporin and mucosolvin. The treatment group was given cephalosporin and the Qingfei Qutan syrup. The clinical efects were observed in two groups. Results： The total efective rate in the treatment group was 82%, and 74% in the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qingfei Qutan syrup and cephalosporin can faster relieve cough and expectoration, can shorten the treatment time, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
