摘要
运用文献资料法、专家咨询法和问卷调查法,构建了体育企业管理者胜任力评价指标体系,包括3个维度和26个指标。在此基础上,通过基于加速遗传算法的层次分析法和熵值法分别从主观和客观两方面确定指标权重。研究结果展现了体育企业管理者的关键胜任力要素,为体育企业管理者的胜任力评价提供了工具。
With the rapid development of sport industry, sports management talent is scarce. The methods of literature review, expert interview and questionnaire were used to establish the hierarchy evaluation index system of sports enterprise managers' competency, which contains 3 dimensions and 26 elements. Based on this, the method of AGA-AHP and entropy values are used to determine index weighing. The results show the key elements of sports enterprise managers' competency. The system provides a tool for the evaluation of the competency of sports enterprise managers.
