中超联赛中职业球员越轨行为成因及控制对策的研究

Causes of professional players' deviant behaviors in Chinese super league and control measures

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对2004-2016年以来中超联赛中职业球员的越轨行为进行研究,在对职业球员越轨行为概念界定的基础上,将越轨行为分为正向越轨行为和负向越轨行为,以及共赢、损人利己、损己利人、损己损人四种结果。根据典型案例得出大部分行为是基于比赛本身,并非超出体育比赛范畴、负向越轨行为类型变化与职业联赛整体环境有关和借助社交媒体,越轨行为会引起更大关注的发展趋势。从职业球员自身的不可控性、社会公众层面的复杂性和联赛组织管理层面的不完善方面探究越轨行为出现的原因,同时从内在和外在社会控制方面提出控制对策。

Professional players＇ deviant behaviors occurred in Chinese Super League competitions during 2004-2016 were studied with the methods of literature review and logical analysis. Based on the definition of deviant behavior, the author divide it into positive deviant behavior and negative deviant behavior, with four different results： win-win, harm others to benefit oneself, harm oneself to benefit others, harm-harm. According to typical cases, we can get the development trend of deviant behaviors： the majority of the behaviors are based on the game itself, not beyond the scope of sports competition; the change of negative deviant behavior types is related to the overall environment of the League, and with the help of social media, deviant behavior may attract greater attention. The reasons for the deviant behavior are explored from three levels： the uncontrollability of professional players, the complexity of the public and the imperfection of the League organization and management. Six measures are given from the aspect of internal and external control.
