摘要
采用文献资料、专家访谈、实地观察和逻辑分析等方法,对8名备战2017年辽宁省田径锦标赛的优秀男子青少年竞走运动员的赛前训练过程进行分析和总结。研究认为:经过8周共三个阶段的赛前训练计划,通过科学合理地安排赛前训练时间、布置训练内容、选择训练方法与手段、调节训练负荷节奏等,对于青少年竞走运动员在比赛中获得最佳竞技状态,表现出最佳竞技能力,起着至关重要的作用。
Based on literature review, interview and observation, this paper discusses pre-competition training of elite male juvenile walking athletes of Liaoning in preparation for the 2017 Liaoning Track and Field Championships. A conclusion is drawn that scientifically arranging the time and contents of pre-competition training, choosing training ways and means and regulating training load rhythm have a crucial role in helping the race walkers to get best competitive state and ability.
