摘要
骨不连是指骨折后至少9个月且连续3个月动态观察未见到骨折有明显的愈合征象。目前对于骨不连的治疗有很多方法。体外冲击波治疗自20世纪90年代开始应用于骨不连领域。笔者在肌骨超声引导下,应用体外冲击波联合富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗骨不连,治愈了大量的患者,为患者解决了病痛,值得推广。
Nonunion of fracture is that there is no significant signs of healing after at least 9 months and 3 consecutive months of dynamic observation for fracture.There are many ways to treat nonunion.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy has been used in nonunion since the 1990s.Under the guidance of musculoskeletal ultrasonography, the application of extracorporeal shock wave combined with platelet rich plasma （PRP） in the treatment of bone nonunion has cured a large number of patients and solved the disease for patients, which is worthy of promotion.
