RPH-Block优化手术联合硬化剂注射治疗重度直肠前突的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Treatment of the Optimized RPH-Block's Operation Combined with Rectal Mucosal Hardener Injection Technique for Severe Rectocele

评估RPH-Block优化手术联合硬化剂注射治疗重度直肠前突的临床疗效。选择笔者所在医院2015年1月～2017年12月收治的重度直肠脱垂患者60例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组30例,研究组选用RPH-Block优化手术联合硬化剂注射法,对照组选用STARR手术。比较两组患者的围手术期指标和随访指标。两组围手术期指标分析,发现研究组术后3d疼痛评分、5d疼痛评分均显著低于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后3个月随访指标分析,发现研究组与对照组相比术后3个月Longo ODS评分、临床疗效及患者满意度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但两组术后Longo ODS评分均显著优于术前Longo ODS评分(均为P<0.05),两组临床有效率和满意度均达较高水平。重度直肠前突治疗上RPH-Block优化手术联合硬化剂注射类同于STARR手术,其临床疗效显著,可有效缓解临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of the RPH-Block＇s operation for severe rectocele. A total of 60 patients with severe rectocele confirmed by clinical data from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected in our hospital. According to random number table, the patients were randomly divided into study group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. The study group who underwent RPH-Block＇s operation combined with rectal mucosal hardener injection technique, while the control group used STARR operation. The perioperative indicator and follow-up indicator index were compared between the two groups. The perioperative indicator of analysis by the two groups, the postoperative 3 days and postoperative 5 dyas of pain scores in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Postoperative follow-up 3months, the Longo ODS scores, clinical efficacy, and satisfaction in study group were no significantly in the control group （ P 〉0.05）. The analysis by the two groups, postoperative Longo ODS scores were significantly superior to preoperative Longo ODS scores （ P 〈0.05）. The two groups had high clinical effective rate and satisfaction. The RPH-Block＇s operation combined with rectal mucosal hardener injection technique used by other STARR operation, and its clinical efficacy is distinct, it could relieve clinical symptoms and agony, it was of higher feasibility and worthy of clinical promotion.
