金属硫蛋白和β-连环蛋白在人乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

Significance and Expression of Metallothionein and β-catenin in Breast Cancer

探讨金属硫蛋白(MT)和β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在人乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。采用免疫组化法检测50例乳腺癌组织及24例正常乳腺组织中MT及β-catenin的阳性表达,并分析MT及β-catenin与临床病理参数的关系。乳腺癌组织(38/50)中MT的阳性率显著高于正常乳腺组织(9/24)(P<0.05),乳腺癌组织(33/50)中β-catenin的阳性率显著高于正常乳腺组织(3/24)(P<0.05)。Ⅲ期～Ⅳ期中MT及β-catenin阳性率高于Ⅰ期～Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的MT及β-catenin阳性率高于无淋巴结转移(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组织中MT及β-catenin的阳性表达与年龄及组织学分级无关。而乳腺癌组织中MT与β-catenin表达正相关。MT及β-catenin对乳腺癌的发生发展起着促进作用,二者联合检测对乳腺癌的预后及基因治疗具有指导作用。

To explore the significance and expression of metallothionein （MT） and β-catenin in breast cancer. The expression of MT and β-catenin in 50 cases of breast cancer and 24 cases of normal breast tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between MT, β-catenin and clinical pathological parameters was analyzed. The positive rate of MT in breast cancer （38/50） was higher than that in breast normal tissues （9/24） （ P 〈0.05）. The positive rate of β-catenin in breast cancer （33/50） was higher than that in breast normal tissues （3/24） （ P 〈0.05）. The expression of MT and β-catenin in Ⅲ~Ⅳ stage was higher than that in Ⅰ~Ⅱ stage （ P 〈0.05）. The expression of MT and β-catenin with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis （P〈0.05）. The expression of MT and β-catenin wasn＇t related with age and histological grading. The expression of MT was positive correlated with the expression of β-catenin in breast cancer. MT and β-catenin played a promoting role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer, and the combined detection of these two factors had guiding role of the prognosis and gene therapy of breast cancer.
