摘要
通过对比本院专科化培训前后甲状腺专科医师对甲状腺疾病外科治疗的诊治情况,阐述甲状腺专科化培训的重要性。笔者查阅专科化培训前后甲状腺外科治疗病例各300例,并对比分析其中的诊治规范化情况。结果发现相比较于专科化培训前,培训后对甲状腺结节的诊治有明显的提高,尤其是在术前诊断更加规范。甲状腺外科医师的专科化培训,不仅快速地提高了本院甲状腺外科医师的整体水平,而且针对甲状腺疾病的外科诊治的规范化也得到了加强。
By comparing the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases in our hospital before and after the specialized training, we elaborated the importance of specialized training in the department of thyrology. We reviewed both 300 cases of thyroid surgeries before and after specialized training in our hospital, compared and analyzed the condition of diagnosis and treatment standardization. Results showed that, comparing with pre-training, the level of diagnosis and treatment of thyroid nodules has been significantly improved, especially in the standardized preoperative diagnosis. Thyroid surgeons＇ specialized training, not only rapidly improves the overall level of thyroid surgeons in our hospital, but also enhances the surgical treatment standardization for thyroid diseases.
