摘要
2017年6月-10月,1#高炉入炉原料中有害元素偏高,尤其Zn含量偏高,平均0.463 kg/t,10月中下旬最高1.47 kg/t,导致短短5个月炉体上涨50 mm。对此采取降碱降锌等措施以减轻有害元素的危害,处理后炉体上涨得到控制,高炉恢复安全正常生产。
The thmace burden charged into blast turnace No. 1 has comparatively high content of hazardous elements from June to October in 2017, especially zinc content, averaging 0.463kg/t and reaching the peak value of 1.47kg/t in late October, which led to the tumace stack rise by 5mm in only live months. The countenneasures including decreasing al- kalinity and zinc content were taken in order to alleviate the hazard imposed by the hazardous elements, which had made tumace stack rise under control and enabled the blast turnace to resume safety production.
