摘要
在研究分析机械设计制造及其自动化专业认知实习现状和存在问题的基础之上,提出围绕机械产品设计与制作开展的专业实习模式,并从课程体系设置、师资配置、企业产学合作、实验室实训平台建设以及考核方式等方面进行阐述与实践。改革后的实习模式和课程体系有效提高认知实习的效果,提升了学生综合能力,激发学生对专业的学习兴趣,为应用型本科院校彰显特色、突出实践环节提供了思路和方法。
Based on studying the existing problems of professional cognition internships in machine design ＆manufacturing and automation,this paper puts forward the professional practice mode for design and production of mechanical products,and conducts elaboration and practice from the aspects of curriculum setting, teacher allocation,cooperation between enterprises and universities,construction of laboratory training platform,and assessment methods.The reformed internship mode and curriculum system can effectively help improve the effect of cognitive internship,enhance students′ comprehensive capability,and stimulate their interest in learning.This model provides ideas and methods for application-oriented universities to highlight their features and internship.
