摘要
转化医学是指将实验室获得的实验成果应用到临床实践中,而生物标志物的研究是转化医学的中心环节。代谢组学是一门研究复杂体系中小分子代谢物变化的技术和方法,通过比较不同组别代谢物变化从而寻找潜在标志物,最终实现疾病的早期诊断及预测。对代谢组学在生物标志物筛选及转化医学中的应用进行综述。
Translational medicine refers to the application of experimental results obtained in laboratories to clinical practice, and the study of biomarkers is the central link of translational medicine. Metabonomics is a technique and method for studying changes of small molecule metabolites in complex systems. By comparing changes of metabolites in different groups of objects, it can find out the potential biomarkers, and finally to achieve early diagnosis and prediction of disease. This article reviews the application of metabonomics in biomarker screening and their applications in translational medicine.
