摘要
目的对牙种植中应用不同口腔修复膜材料的引导骨再生(GBR)效果进行探究。方法方便选取2016年9月—2017年9月在该院接受牙种植引导骨再生治疗的106例患者作为观察对象,依照就诊单双号分成观察组和对照组,各53例;对照组应用钛膜,观察组应用Bio-Gide膜,术后随访6个月,对比两组修复成功率和并发症发生率,同时测定骨厚度、植骨厚度。结果观察组修复成功率为98.1%,术后并发症发生率为3.8%,对照组分别为88.7%、15.1%,相比差异有统计意义(χ~2=4.052、11.054,P<0.05);通过测定,观察组患者的骨厚度、植骨厚度显著高于对照组(t=8.256、6.185,P<0.05)。结论在牙种植中引导骨再生术治疗中,Bio-Gide膜修复成功率高,并发症少,预后良好,整体效果优于钛膜,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effects of different bone prosthetic membrane materials on the effect of guided bone regeneration (GBR) in dental implants. Methods Convenient select from September 2016 to September 2017, 106 patients who underwent dental implantation-guided bone regeneration in the hospital were used as the observation objects. According to the number of the patients, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 53 eases in each group; titanium films were used in the control group. The observation group was treated with Bio-Gide membrane and followed up for 6 months. The success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Bone thickness and bone graft thickness were measured at the same time. Results The reovery rate of the observation group was 98.1%, the postoperative complication rate was 3.8%, and that of the control group was 88.7% and 15.1%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.052, 11.054, P〈0.05). The bone thickness and bone graft thickness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=8.256, 6.185,P〈0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of guided bone regeneration in dental implants, Bio-Gide membrane has high success rate, fewer complications, and good prognosis. The overall effect is superior to that of titanium membrane, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
