腹腔镜疝修补与普通平片疝修补临床比较分析

Clinical Comparative Analysis of Laparoscopic Hernia Repair and Ordinary Flat Tenon Hernia Repair

目的探讨腹腔镜疝修补术与普通平片疝修补治疗腹股沟疝的临床可行性与安全性。方法方便选取2015年1月—2017年1月该院普外科收治的142例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,依据手术方法分为两组。实验组77例,行腹腔镜疝修补术;对照组65例,行普通平片疝修补。对比观察两组基本治疗指标,评价疗效,统计并发症及复发率。结果两组手术成功率均为100.00%,实验组手术时间(46.7±10.1)min,术后住院时间(3.4±0.6)d,治疗费用(1.5±0.3)万元,并发症3.90%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.57,t=3.82,t=4.36,χ~2=4.02,P<0.05),实验组复发率(1.30%)与对照组(1.54%)差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.94,P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜疝修补术与普通平片修补治疗腹股沟疝均效果确切,复发率低,其中前者损伤小,并发症少,安全性更高,但价格比较昂贵,临床可根据患者实际情况酌情选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility and safety of laparoscopic hernia repair and plain plain hernia repair for inguinal hernia. Methods A total of 142 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were conveniently selected and enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the surgical method. In the experimental group, 77 cases underwent laparoscopic hernia repair; in the control group, 65 cases underwent normal flat sheet hernia repair. Observe the two groups of basic therapeutic indicators, evaluate the efficacy, and count the complications and recurrence rates. Results The success rate of the two groups was 100.00%, the operation time of the experimental group （46.7±10.1）min, postoperative hospital stay （3.4±0.6）d, treatment cost（1.5±0.3）million yuan, complications 3.90%, and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups（t=8.57, t=3.82, t=4.36, χ2=4.02, P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference between the experimental group recurrence rate （1.30%） and the control group （1.54%） （χ2=0.94, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic hernia repair and plain patch for the treatment of inguinal hernia are effective and the recurrence rate is low. The former has less damage, less complications and higher safety, but the price is more expensive. The clinical can be selected according to the actual situation of the patient.
