血栓通治疗老年性脑梗塞的临床效果评价

Clinical Effect Evaluation of Xueshuantong in Treating Senile Cerebral Infarction

目的探析老年性脑梗塞患者应用血栓通治疗的临床效果。方法方便选取2016年2月—2018年1月期间来该院接受治疗的94例老年性脑梗塞患者选为研究对象,依照硬币法分为两组,即对照组与试验组,每组患者47例。对照组患者应用丹参注射液治疗,试验组患者应用血栓通治疗,统计比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后血液流变学指标水平。结果试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,数据分别为97.9%、85.1%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.918 6,P<0.05)。试验组治疗后全血高切粘度(5.0±1.6)m Pa·a、全血低切粘度(7.3±1.8)m Pa·a、血浆粘度(1.5±0.8)m Pa·a、纤维蛋白原水平(1.7±0.8)g/L均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.131 3、4.714 9、4.846 6、4.241 7,P<0.05)。结论老年性脑梗塞患者应用血栓通治疗的临床效果更加确切,可显著改善患者血流动力学状态,临床应用价值非常高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thromboxane treatment in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 94 elderly patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were conveniently selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the coin method： control group and experimental group. 47 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Salvia mihiorrhiza injection. The patients in the experimental group were treated with thrombosis, and the clinical curative effect and the level of helnorheology before and after treatment were statistically compared. Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the data were 97.9% and 85.1%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.918 6, P〈0.05）. After treatment, whole blood hyperviseosity（5.0±1.6）mPa .a, whole blood low shear viscosity （7.3±1.8）mPa.a, plasma viscosity（1.5±0.8） mPa.a, fibrinogen level （1.7±0.8）g/L were lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （t=4.131 3, 4.714 9, 4.846 6, 4.241 7, P〈0.05）, Conclusion The clinical effect of throlnboxane treatment in senile cerebral infarction patients is more accurate, and it can significantly improve the helnodynalnic state of patients. The clinical application value is very high.
