经鼻内镜手术结合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Endoscopic Surgery Combined with Drugs on Chronic Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的探究慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者接受经鼻内镜与药物联合治疗的价值。方法随机选取2017年3月—2018年3月慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者100例,远程随机化法分为实验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),分别实施鼻内镜手术治疗和鼻内镜手术与药物结合治疗,观察两组疗效、手术指标、并发症情况的差异。结果实验组的总有效率(92.00%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(78.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.761 9,P=0.029);实验组手术出血量(17.96±6.02)m L、手术用时(45.36±8.02)min、黏膜恢复用时(6.33±1.56)d、鼻腔恢复通气用时(4.47±1.09)d、住院时间(4.39±1.26)d均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.319 3、5.659 5、4.044 4、3.583 2、11.909 4,P=0.000 1);实验组的并发症几率(4.00%)较对照组并发症几率(18.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.005 1,P=0.025)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者接受经鼻内镜手术与药物结合治疗的价值较高。

Objective To investigate the value of combined endoscopic and drug therapy in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods 100 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=50） and control group （n=50）. Endoscopic surgery was performed. Combined with endoscopic surgery and drug therapy, the differences in efficacy, surgical indicators, and complications between the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate （92.00%） was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group （78.00%）,the different was statistically significant （χ2= 4.761 9, P=0.029）. The amount of surgical bleeding in the experimental group was （17.96±6.02）mL,（45.36±8.02） min, mucosa recovery time （6.33＋1.56）d, nasal recovery ventilation time （4.47±1.09） d, hospitalization time （4.39±1.26） d were all lower than the control group,the different was statistically significant（t=8.319 3,5.659 5,4.044 4,3.583 2,11.909 4,P=0.000 1 ）; complication rate in the experimental group （4.00%） was lower than the control group complication rate （18.00%）,the different was statistically significant （χ2=5.005 1, P=0.025）. Conclusion Patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps have higher value of nasal endoscopic surgery and drug combination therapy.
