系统护理干预对子宫肌瘤术后患者的影响

Effect of Systemic Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Patients with Uterine Fibroids

目的探讨系统护理干预对子宫肌瘤术后患者的影响。方法方便选取该院在2017年1—12月间收治的子宫肌瘤患者152例,根据护理参与情况随机分配为护理组与对照组,每组均为76例,其中对照组实施常规护理干预,护理组在对照组的护理基础上实施系统护理干预,比较两组患者经过护理后的疼痛情况和满意度结果。结果护理组护理后疼痛评分(2.98±0.82)分明显低于对照组(t=4.772,P<0.05);护理组护理后的睡眠时间(8.39±1.42)h相比对照组护理后睡眠时间(6.96±1.02)h增加更明显,差异有统计学意义(t=4.833,P<0.05);护理组患者的护理满意度89.47%明显优于对照组(χ~2=8.444,P<0.05)。结论对子宫肌瘤术后患者实施系统护理干预,可有效的减轻患者的疼痛情况,缓解患者的不佳情绪,有利于加快患者的康复速度,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To explore the effect of systemic nursing intervention on postoperative patients with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 152 patients with uterine fibroids who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly assigned to the nursing group and the control group according to the nursing partieipation. Each group had 76 cases, of which the control group received routine care intervention, the nursing group implemented systemic nursing intervention based on the nursing care of the control group, and compared the pain and satisfaction resuhs of the two groups after nursing. Results The postoperative pain score （2.98±0.82）poines in the nursing group was significantly lower than that in the control group （t=4.772, P〈0.05）. The sleep time after nursing in the nursing group （8.39± 1.42）h was compared with the sleep time after the nursing in the control group （6.96±1.02）h the increase was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant（t=4.833, P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the nursing group was 89.47%, which was significantly better than the control group （χ2=8.444, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for patients with uterine fibroids can effectively alleviate the pain of patients, relieve the patient＇s bad mood, and help speed up the recovery of patients. It is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
