康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能和生活质量的影响分析

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Pulmonary Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生活质量及肺功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1月—2015年12月该院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者60例,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组30例,在对症治疗的基础上,观察组采取康复护理措施,对照组采取常规护理措施;观察时间为1个月,比较护理前后两组患者的肺功能指标、生活质量评分。结果 (1)护理后,观察组患者FEV1/FVC值由护理前(57.54±4.26)%提高至(70.19±6.12)%,改善水平明显优于对照组(t=6.791,P=0.000<0.05);(2)护理后,观察组患者生活质量量表评分(CATS)由(24.35±4.57)分降低至(12.62±2.16)分,改善水平也明显好于对照组(t=-7.585,P=0.000<0.05)。结论在常规治疗护理基础上,对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采取康复护理,有助于改善患者肺功能及耐力、促进生活质量的提升,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing on quality of life and lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Retrospective analysis of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 was divided into two groups by random number table method, 30 cases in each group. On the basis of symptomatic treatment, observation group adopted rehabilitation nursing measures, and the control group took routine nursing measures; the observation time was one month, and the lung function indexes and quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results ①After nursing, the FEV1/FVC values in the observation group increased from （57.54±4.26）% before nursing to（70.19±6.12）%, and the improvement level was significantly better than that in the control group （t=6.791, P=0.000〈0.05）; ②After nursing, the quality of life scale scores （CATS） in the observation group decreased from （24.35±4.57） points to （12.62±2.16） points, and the improvement level was also significantly better than the control group （t=-7.585, P=0.000〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care, rehabilitation nursing for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can help improve lung function and endurance, and improve the quality of life. It has clinical application value.
