个性化护理干预在老年高血压患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Personalized Nursing Intervention in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的探讨个性化护理干预在老年高血压患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年2月—2017年2月在该院住院老年高血压患者90例,按入院先后顺序分为2组,对照组45例给予常规护理;观察组45例给予个性化护理,对比干预前后两组患者血压控制情况及自我护理能力评分,比较干预后两组患者生活质量评分。结果干预后,观察组患者收缩压(131.9±8.8)mm Hg明显低于对照组收缩压(142.4±9.1)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(t=4.652,P=0.001);观察组患者舒张压(81.6±7.1)mm Hg明显低于对照组舒张压(88.7±8.2)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(t=6.786,P=0.001)。观察组患者生活质量评价总分(50.7±4.2)分明显高于对照组(44.9±4.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.753,P=0.002)。结论个性化的护理模式能够有效控制老年高血压患者的血压,提高了生活质量,有利于老年高血压患者的康复,值得在临床中推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing intervention in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 90 elderly hypertensive patients in the hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 45 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care; 45 patients in the observation group were given personalized care and contrasted interventions. The blood pressure control and self-care ability scores of the two groups were compared before and after, and the quality of life scores were compared between the two groups after the intervention. Results After intervention, the systolic blood pressure （131.9± 8.8）mmHg was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group （142.4±9.1）mmHg,the difference was statistically significant （t=4.652, P=0.001）; the diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was （81.6±7.1） mmHg was significantly lower than the control group（88.7±8.2）mmHg, the difference was statistically significant（t=6.786, P=0.001）. The total score of quality of life （50.7±4.2）points in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （44.9±4.8）points, the difference was statistically significant （t=8.753,P=0.002）. Conclusion The personalized nursing mode can effectively control the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients, improve the quality of life, and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of elderly hypertensive patients. It is worthy of promotion and application in the clinic.
