不孕症当前已经成为临床上较为突出的问题,随着社会生活的不断发展,不孕症在临床上发生率不断上升。输卵管是女性主要生殖器官,而输卵管不孕对女性患者造成严重影响。输卵管性不孕是不孕症的重要原因,目前发病率逐年增高,传统检查方法诊断率敏感度较低。近年来随着影像学技术不断进步,妇科内镜技术在输卵管不孕方面诊疗的进展迅速,由于其微创且安全,具有非常重要的临床价值。

Infertility has become a prominent problem in clinical practice. With the continuous development of social life, the incidence of infertility is increasing. The fallopian tube is the main reproductive organ of women, and infertility of the fallopian tube causes serious effects on female patients. Tubal infertility is an important cause of infertility. At present, the incidence rate is increasing year by year, and the sensitivity of traditional diagnostic methods is low. In recent years, with the advancement of imaging technology, gynecologic endoscopy has progressed rapidly in the diagnosis and treatment of tubal infertility. Because of its minimally invasive and safe, it has very important clinical value.
