摘要
随着汽车行业的快速发展,应用拓扑优化方法获取零部件轻量化成为当今结构优化设计研究的一个热点。文章针对一款踏步支架进行拓扑轻量化结构改进,利用OptiStruct软件采用加权方法处理优化设计中多工况问题,对其进行拓扑优化。结合实体拓扑结果发散到钣金件压筋结构,同时保证综合性能的条件下改善了外观,简化加工工艺、实现了轻量化。
The lightweight design of components become a hot topic in the industry with the rapid development of automobile industry .The structure of a step bracket on board is improved. And the OptiStruct software is used to deal with multiple working condition problems in optimization design and to optimize topology. Combined with the physical topology result, the sheet metal bar structure is radiated, the appearance is improved, the processing technology is simplified and the light weight is realized.
