摘要
理论上锁止比>1,同步器齿套与同步环可以锁住,传递换挡力。如果未锁住,则齿套在未同步情况下,直接穿过同步环,从而打齿。因而加大锁止比,即加大锁止角β,相当于加大了安全系数。
In theory, Syn.sleeve and Syn.ring can be locked when the lock ratio is larger than 1 so they can delivery shift force normally. The Syn. sleeve will go through the Syn. ring when it's unsynchronized and then crashed in the situation of unlocked. In order to increase the safety factor we need to enlarge the lock ratio.
