摘要
随着汽车工业发展,市场上对于卡车匹配极限宽度货厢的需求日趋旺盛,但受限于驾驶室的宽度,为了满足法规视野要求,必须开发镜杆长度的外后视镜。文章以江淮轻卡车型为例,主要阐述了关于轻卡超宽的框架式后视镜的设计方法,通过ANSYS虚拟分析软件,在设计开发的数据制作阶段就对其结构模态进行设计定义。虚拟分析的引入,使得轻卡后视镜的设计更加的科学高效。
Recently, bigger size external rearview mirrors are developed in order to satisfy the requirement of ultra wide light trucks. Bigger size external rearview mirrors need more cost and make the mirror heavier. In this article, the method of lightweight design for frame type external rearview mirror is discussed and pipes with different material and size are verified by ANSYS.
