轻量化车身性能目标的研究和应用

摘要 汽车车身的轻量化已经广泛的应用于国内外各主机厂的车身设计中。轻量化的车身结构可以有效的减轻整车质量,以应对国家日益严苛的节能减排和环保等法规要求。文章基于车身开发的实践经验,总结了在车身的开发前期阶段,如何对车身的主要性能目标进行定义,是对自主车身正向设计的一次深入探索和应用研究。 The lightweight of automobile body has been widely used in the body design of OEM at home and abroad. Lightweight body structure can effectively reduce vehicle weight to meet the increasingly stringent requirements of national laws and regulations on energy conservation and environmental protection. This article, based on the practical experience of body development, summed up the early stage in the development of the body, how to define the main performance target of the body, is an in-depth exploration and application research for independent body design.
