摘要
本研究对B柱与B柱加强板进行优化设计,应用热成形B柱代替原方案的冷成形B柱,同时优化B柱加强板。通过分析发现,应用热成形技术的方案不但碰撞安全性能得到提高,并且达到轻量化效果。
In this study, the B-pillar was optimal designed based on hot stamping technology instead of original cold stam -ping technology, and the reinforcement was optimized at the same time. The results show that the application of hot stamping technology can not only improve the safety performance of collision but also realize the lightweight effect.
