摘要
为提高变速器的可靠性,详细研究了道路载荷谱的采集系统,并基于实际采集的道路载荷谱分析了档位、扭矩、转速等工况分析,为商用车变速器的正向开发与可靠性提升提供一种新方法。
In order to improve the reliability of the transmission, the collection system of road load spectrum was studied in detail. Based on the actual collected road load spectrum, the grade, torque, speed and other working conditions were analyzed. The method provides a new way for improving the development and reliability of commercial truck transmission.
