摘要
引进分装模块化理念,利用分装班模块化分装总成输出形式,消除线旁的二次分装,缓解主线作业集中的问题,促进产能提升。同时根据分装班作业分布,分析转运浪费,优化布局,寻找最合理距离,缩短分装总成的转运距离。
Introducing the concept of sub-assembly modularization and utilizing the output form of sub-assembly modul -arization, eliminating the secondary sub-assembly beside the line, alleviating the problem of centralized operation on the main line and promoting production capacity. At the same time, according to the distribution of the sub-loading operation, the waste of transshipment is analyzed, the layout is optimized, the most reasonable distance is found, and the transshipment distance of the sub-loading assembly is shortened.
