摘要 随着自动化制造越来越普遍,传统手工加工已不能满足现有需求。多工位自动焊接在制造行业应用越来越广泛,利用多个变位机与焊接机器人的相互协作,在专用工装的夹紧下,通过一定的运动轨迹,完成焊缝的焊接,它的应用极大程度上提高产品的加工效率,减少生产中人员的投入,提高产品的质量。 As automated manufacturing becomes more common, traditional manual processing is no longer sufficient for existing product processing. Multi-station automatic welding in the manufacturing industry. The application is more and more extensive, and the cooperation between the multiple positioner and the welding robot is utilized. Under the clamping of the special tooling, the welding of the weld seam is completed through a certain movement track, and its application greatly improves the processing of the product. Efficiency, reduce the input of personnel in production, and improve the quality of products.
