文章针对重型商用车底盘管线束装配工艺特点,提出了一种分模块由一个专业化班组一次性进行标准化装配的工艺方法,解决了重型商用车底盘管路、线束大幅增加后导致车辆总装过程的生产瓶颈以及市场管线质量事故多的难题。

This article aims at the process characteristics of heavy-duty commercial vehicle chassis air tube bunch and wire harness bunch, it proposed a process method for the sub-module which assembled by a specialized team at once in standard -ized assembly method, it solves the problem that the sharp rise of the heavy-duty commercial vehicle air tube and wire harness caused the bottleneck of the process and so many quality accidents of air tube and wire harness.
