摘要
网格化社会治理系统依托统一的城市管理机制以及大数据的平台,按管理辖区范围合理划分网格管理单元,实行网格责任制,以社会各类人群的管理为重点,结合"人、地、物、情、事、组织"等因素,进行数字化、动态化、精细化管理的智能化系统。通过对单元网格的巡查,由被动、粗放的管理转化为主动、精细的管理。政府主管部门能够主动发现社会隐患,及时处理,提高政府的处理效率,把问题消灭在萌芽状态,将问题解决在居民投诉之前,提升政府管理能力,最大限度地维护社会安全。网格化社会治理系统完全颠覆传统的工作方式,通过加强对单元网格的管理和巡查,建立一种监督和处置互相分离的形式,实现无纸化档案管理,大幅提高巡查、监管效率,建立一套长效的管理工作模式。网格化社会治理系统实现了现代化的社会管理、信息资源最大程度的共享、为广大人民群众提供优质化、便利化的生活环境。
