高校信息化建设是在信息时代中高等教育院校发展的必然趋势,保障高校信息系统网络安全的重要性日益凸显。目前,高校校园网信息系统安全管理机制的建设还处于实验、摸索阶段,还需要在实践中去完善。高校需要从信息系统全生命周期的角度出发,结合信息安全等级保护项目和以往信息系统建设的实践经验,进一步加强信息系统安全管理机制的建设,给校园网信息系统的安全提供制度建设的参考依据。论文既是对信息安全管理理论体系的研究和探索,也是对高校多年来网络信息安全工作的总结和分析,具有一定的理论和实践意义。

The construction of university information is the inevitable trend of the development of higher education institutions in the information age. The importance of ensuring the network security of university information system is becoming increasingly prominent. At present, the construction of security management mechanism of university network information system is still in the experimental and exploratory stage, which needs to be perfected in practice. Universities need to further strengthen the construction of information system security management mechanism from the perspective of information system life cycle, combined with information security level protection projects and previous information system construction experience, to provide a reference for the university network information system security. This paper is not only the research and exploration of the theoretical system of information security management, but also the summary and analysis of the network information security work in universities for many years, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
