Effects of Bacillus spp. on Controlling Cowpea Root-rot Disease

摘要 采用生长抑制法,发现芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.)对豇豆根腐菌(Fusarium spp.)具有较好的抑制作用,其代谢产物对豇豆根腐菌的抑制中浓度(EC50)为24.4 mg/L。采用拌种法,测定了芽孢杆菌对豇豆根腐病的室内预防效果,其中以药种比100 mL∶1 kg的防效最高,为92.1%,与对照30%噁霉灵水剂防效相当。田间灌根试验结果显示,芽孢杆菌发酵液稀释50倍,对豇豆根腐病的防效达到74.9%,与对照30%噁霉灵水剂防效相当。 We found that Bacillus spp. had good inhibitory effect on controlling cowpea Fusarium spp. by using growth inhibition method, and the EC50 value of its metabolite to cowpea Fusarium spp. was 24.4 mg/L. We measured the indoor control effect to cowpea Fusarium spp. by using seed dressing method, and it had the highest control effect(92.1%) when the ratio of pesticide and seed were 100 mL ∶1 kg, which had the same control effect with the control treatment(30%hymexazol water aqua). The results of field irrigation root test showed that the control effect to cowpea Fusarium spp. could reach to 74.9% by using fermentation fluid of Bacillus spp. by 50 times diluents, which had the same control effect with the control treatment(30% hymexazol water aqua).
