翔安区新店镇春季西瓜引种试验小结

Introduction Test of Spring Watermelon Cultivars in Xindian Town of Xiang'an District

2018年春季翔安区新店镇引进3个西瓜新品种,以当地主栽品种大红为对照进行试验种植。试验结果表明,秀玉一号高产、抗性强、品质好,可作为本地主栽品种大红的替代品种进行推广种植;大翠玲瓤色深红、品质好、抗性强,但产量一般,建议进一步试验种植;银农招志单果质量偏小、产量一般、品质一般,建议淘汰。

Using the local main cultivar Dahong as the control cultivar, 3 new watermelon cultivars were introduced to Xindian town of Xiang'an district and the planting test were conducted in the spring of 2018. The results showed that Xiuyu No.1 had the characteristics of high yield, strong disease resistance and good quality, which could be used as the alternative cultivar of Dahong for extension planting. Dacuiling had the characteristics of dark red fruit flesh, good quality and strong disease resistance, but its yield was ordinary, which was adivised to taking further test. Yinnongzhaozhi had little single fruit weight, ordinary yield and general quality, which should be eliminated.
