The medical ethic has a direct effect on the industrial images of medical health system, how to organically inte- grate the construction of medical ethics and party construction in the hospital is the issue that the party workers must care- fully consider. Based on the analysis of the problems and errors affecting the construction of medical ethics, this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of promoting the integration of medical ethics and party construction.
