基于精细化管理的“医养结合”养老机构护理服务方法及效果

Nursing Service Meth od and Effect of "Combined Medical Care and Pension" Old-age Care Institutions Based on the Refined Management

目的探讨基于精细化管理的"医养结合"养老机构护理服务方法及效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年1月进入该老年机构的老年人共119例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组共59例老年人,应用传统护理管理模式对其进行护理,观察组共60例老年人,应用基于精细化管理的"医养结合"护理模式对其进行护理,对比两种模式的应用效果。结果观察组老年人的血压控制良好率、血糖控制良好率都要明显高于对照组,而住院治疗率则要明显低于对照组,观察组老年人对护理工作的总满意率为96.67%,而对照组老年人对护理工作的总满意率为71.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用基于精细化管理的"医养结合"护理模式为老年人提供护理服务,其应用价值较高,有利于老年人的血糖、血压的控制,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To study the nursing service method and effect of ＂combined medical care and pension＂ old-age care institutions based on the refined management. Methods 119 cases of senile patients entering the old-age care institutions from June 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 59 cases used the traditional nursing management model, while the observation group with 60 cases applied the ＂combined medical care and pension＂ old-age care institutions based on the refined management, and the application effect was compared between the two models. Results The good rate of blood pressure control and good rate of blood glucose control in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the hospitalization treatment rate was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the total satisfacto-T degree of senile patients to the nursing work in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 96.67% and 71.19%, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of ＂combined medical care and pension＂ old-age care institutions based on the refined management for providing the nursing services for senile patients has a higher application value, which is conductive to the control of blood glucose and blood pressure of senile patients, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
