案例结合情景模拟教学法在神经内科临床护理教学中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 目的探究案例结合情景模拟教学法在神经内科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月—2017年1月该科实习护生80名,常规组给予传统教学模式,试验组给予案例与情景模拟教学法,对比两组护生的护理教学效果。结果试验组的理论考试成绩、临床综合能力评分均明显高于常规组(P<0.05);试验组护生的教学效果评价整体较优;试验组教学满意度97.50%,高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论实施案例与情景模拟教学法便于提高教学效果,激发护生的学习积极性与主动性,培养高素质人才。 Objective To study the application effect of cases combined with situational simulation teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching in the department of neurology. Methods 80 cases of practical student nurses in our department from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected, the traditional teaching model was given in the routine group, while the cases combined with situational simulation teaching was given in the test group, and the nursing teaching effect was com- pared between the two groups. Results The theoretical examination score and clinical comprehensive ability score in the test group were obviously higher than those in the routine group (P〈0.05), and the teaching effect evaluation in the test group was better, and the teaching satisfactory degree in the test group was 97.50%, which was higher than that in the routine group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of cases combined with situational simulation teaching is conductive to improving the teaching effect, motivating the learning enthusiasm and initiative of student nurses, and training the high-quality talents.
