儿童内科门诊季节高峰规律分析及应对

Analysis and Measures of Outpatient Season Peak in the Department of Pediatrics

目的通过对该院2015—2017年儿内科门诊就诊人数的分析,发现儿童内科就诊季节高峰规律,为管理决策提供依据,改善就诊高峰期就医服务质量。方法从HIS系统导出本院2015—2017年的儿内科门诊就诊人数,采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法对这三年月度、季度儿内科门诊量进行统计分析,总结季节高峰规律。结果本院2015—2017年儿童内科门诊就诊人数呈逐年增长趋势,就诊月分布存在波动,呈现双高峰,4~5月为次高峰,次年1月为主高峰;从季度来看,就诊人数第四季度最高。结论儿童内科就诊规律具明显季节性,以一年为周期随季节变化做周期性反复,根据变动规律制定应对方法,合理配备人力、物力,充分利用有限资源,有效应对高峰期医疗任务,让就诊儿童得到快捷优质服务。

Objective To analyze the diagnosis number of outpatients in the department of pediatrics in our hospital from 2015 to 2017, fi-ad out the diagnosis season peak law thus providing basis for the management decisions and improving the medical service quality during the diagnosis peak period. Methods The outpatient diagnosis number in the department of pediatrics in our hospital from 2015 to 2017 were exported from the HIS system, and the outpatient numbers monthly and quarterly in these three years were statistically analyzed by the time sequence season index, and the season peak law was summarized. Results The outpatient diagnosis number in the department of pediatrics from 2015 to 2017 showed an increas- ing trend, and the diagnosis month distribution had fluctuation, showing the double peak, April to May was the second peak, and October to January next year was the major peak, and the fourth season was the highest from the season. Conclusion The season of diagnosis law in the department of pediatrics is obvious, with the change of season, the diagnosis is also repeated by taking one year as a cycle, and we should rationally be equipped with the human and material resources accord- ing to the change regular and fully use the limited resources thus effectively coping with the medical task during the peak period and making diagnosis children obtain rapid and excellent services.
