超声聚焦联合肝动脉栓塞化疗治疗大肠癌肝转移的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Combined with Transcatheter Artery Chemoembolization in the Treatment of Colorectal Liver Metastases

目的探讨超声聚焦(high Intensity Focused Ultrasound,HIFU)联合肝动脉栓塞化疗(Transcatheter Artery Chemoembolization,TACE)治疗大肠癌晚期肝转移瘤的疗效、生存期及安全性。方法对照组:单纯TACE治疗,观察组:TACE手术联合HIFU治疗。比较经TACE+HIFU与TACE治疗后4周患者的肝功能、疗效、生存率情况。结果肝功能受损方面观察组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。在有效率方面,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,(P <0. 05)。在生存方面,观察组6个月、1年、2年生存率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 TACE联合HIFU在有效率及生存方面优于TACE组。

Objective To investigate the efficacy,survival and safety of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound combined with transcatheter artery chemoembolization in the treatment of hepatic metastasis in colorectal cancer. Methods Control group：for TACE.Observation group：on the basis of treatment in the control group,HIFU was added.Liver function,efficacy and survival rates of the 2 groups were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group in liver function damage（ P〉0.05）.In terms of efficiency,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0.05）.In terms of survival,the observation group was significantly better than the control group in 6-month,1-year and 2-year survival rates（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion TACE combined with HIFU is effective and has better survival than TACE group.
