宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的可行性与安全性 被引量:21

摘要 目的探究宫腔镜电切术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的可行性与安全性。方法将108例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组,对照组54例,给予传统开腹手术治疗;干预组54例,给予宫腔镜电切术治疗。对2组患者手术情况、临床治疗效果以及并发症发生情况进行综合评价。结果干预组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间等相关指标均低于对照组(P <0. 05);干预组治疗后的总有效率达到94. 4%,与对照组的70. 4%呈现明显差异(P <0. 05)。干预组治疗后仅有1例患者出现腹痛,1例出现术后大出血,并发症率为3. 7%;对照组并发症率为25. 9%(14/54),2组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者给予宫腔镜电切术治疗,手术时间短、术中出血量少,能够降低并发症率,具有较高安全性与可行性,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of hysteroscopic resection of submucosal uterine fibroids. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted.108 patients with submucosal uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group( n =54).Abdominal surgery;intervention group of 54 cases,given hysteroscopic resection of the 2 groups of patients with surgical conditions,clinical treatment and complications of comprehensive evaluation of the occurrence of the situation. Results The time of operation of the intervention group was lower than the control group( P〈0.05).The total effective rate after treatment was 94.4%,with a significant difference from 70.4% in the control group( P〈0.05).After the intervention group,only 1 patient experienced abdominal pain,and 1 patient had severe postoperative hemorrhage,with a complication rate of 3.7%.The complication rate in the control group was 25.9%(14/54),and the difference in group 2 was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection of patients with submucosal uterine fibroids,surgery time is short,with less intraoperative blood loss,can reduce the complication rate,with high safety and feasibility,it is worthy of clinical application.
