摘要
目的探讨饮食护理运用在糖尿病患者康复护理中的临床价值。方法选择该院2014年11月—2015年11月期间收治的98例糖尿病患者为研究对象,根据入院编号将其分为两组,各49例,其中对照组接受常规护理,而观察组在此基础上,再联合饮食护理,对两组效果进行比较分析。结果干预前,两组的血糖水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的餐后2 h血糖和空腹血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组的遵医行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予糖尿病患者饮食护理可以有效控制血糖水平。
Objective To study the clinical value of dieting nursing in the recovery nursing of diabetes patients. Methods 98 cases of diabetes patients admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each with 49 case, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the dieting nursing combined with routine nursing, and the effect was compared and analyzed. Results Before intervention, the difference in the blood glucose level between the two groups was not statistically significant(P〉0.05), after intervention, the postprandial 2 h blood glucose and fasting blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05), at the same time, the compliance behavior score was higher than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The dieting nursing of diabetes patients can effectively control the blood glucose level.
