健康干预对糖尿病足患者康复护理的影响研究

Study on Effect of Health Intervention on the Rehabilitation Nursing of Patients with Diabetes Foot

目的探讨糖尿病足患者康复护理中运用健康干预的临床效果。方法选择2014年10月—2015年10月期间该院收治的糖尿病足患者68例为研究对象,根据数字随机法将其分为两组,其中对照组行常规康复护理,而观察组则运用健康干预,对两组护理效果进行比较分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组的治疗有效率高,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组而言,观察组的满意度高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予糖尿病足患者健康干预有助于促进患者康复。

Objective To study the clinical effect of health intervention on the rehabilitation nursing of patients with diabetes foot. Methods 68 cases of patients with diabetic foot in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group used the routine recovery nursing, while the observation group used the health intervention, and the nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results The treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health intervention in diabetic foot patients contributes to promoting the recovery of patients.
