喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗双相情感障碍患者的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Effect and Safety Evaluation of Quetiapine Combined with Magnesium Valproate Sustained Release Tablets on Bipolar Disorder

目的观察喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗双相情感障碍患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2017年5-12月收治的114例双相情感障碍患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为试验组和对照组,每组57例。试验组给予喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁治疗,对照组给予丙戊酸镁片治疗,比较两组临床疗效和炎性因子。结果对照组治疗总有效率低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后,对照组肿瘤细胞因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平高于试验组,人血白蛋白(ALB)及血清总胆红素(TBi L)低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论喹硫平联合丙戊酸镁可降低双相情感障碍患者机体炎性因子,改善狂躁及抑郁症状,提高生命质量,用药安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate in the treatment of bipolar disorder. Methods A total of 114 patients with bipolar disorder who were admitted from May to December 2017 were enrolled. The observation group was treated with quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate. The control group was treated with magnesium valproate. The clinical comparison between the two groups was performed. Observed indicators. Results The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group （P 〈 0.05） . The levels of TNF - α and IL - 1β in the control group were higher than those in the observation group, and the ALB and TBiL were lower than the observation group. Statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Quetiapine combined with magnesium valproate can effectively reduce the level of inflammation in patients with bipolar disorder, improve manic and depressive symptoms, improve quality of life, and its medication is safe and reliable.
