七氟醚联合芬太尼麻醉在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝术患儿中的应用及对应激反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨七氟醚联合芬太尼麻醉在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝术患儿中的应用及对应激反应的影响。方法选取2016年12月至2017年12月宁都县人民医院行腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝术患儿60例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各30例。试验组采用七氟醚(8%)半紧闭吸入诱导,泵注芬太尼与七氟醚吸入,行麻醉维持;对照组给予维库溴铵(5 mg/kg)肌内注射,静脉泵注芬太尼与异丙酚作麻醉维持。对比两组各时间点的血流动力学、皮质醇与血糖变化情况。结果试验组血流动力学优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);试验组于插管后即刻(T2)至术毕时(T5)时间点血糖、皮质醇与静脉开放后(T1)比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),对照组于上述时间点的血糖、皮质醇明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组T1时点的血糖、皮质醇比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),对照组T2~T5时间点血糖、皮质醇高于同时点的试验组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝术患儿中应用七氟醚联合芬太尼麻醉治疗,血流动力学平稳,应激反应小。
