多学科协作在骨科疼痛关爱病房管理中的应用

Application of Multidisciplinary Collaboration in Orthopedic Pain Care Ward Management

目的探讨多学科协作管理在缓解骨科患者疼痛的应用。方法在骨科住院患者的疼痛管理中构建以护士为主导、麻醉师、临床医生、药剂师、中医治疗师共同参与的管理组织结构,明确疼痛管理目标,规范进行疼痛评估、采用多模式镇痛、超前镇痛、个性化镇痛管理模式,配合镇痛宣教,充分满足骨科患者对镇痛的需要,以减轻疼痛对患者造成的生理、心理方面的不良影响。结果护士疼痛管理知识、态度、患者疼痛控制质量以及对疼痛管理满意度均得到明显提升。结论多学科协作在骨科疼痛关爱病房中实施有助于缓解患者疼痛。

Objective To explore the application of multidisciplinary collaborative management in relieving pain in orthopedic patients. Methods In the pain management of orthopaedic hospitalized patients, a management organization structureinvolving nurses, anesthesiologists, clinicians, pharmacists, and Chinese medicine therapists was established to define painmanagement goals, standardize pain assessment, and adopt multimodal analgesia. Advanced preemptive analgesia, personalized analgesic management mode, and analgesic education, fully meet the needs of orthopedic patients for analgesia, in order to reduce the physiological and psychological adverse effects of pain on patients. Results Nurses＇ pain managementknowledge, attitudes, patient pain control quality, and satisfaction with pain management were significantly improved.Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaboration in the orthopedic pain care ward can help alleviate pain in patients.
