全科综合管理对社区老年功能性便秘的疗效评价

Evaluation of the Effect of General Management on the Function of Elderly Patients with Functional Constipation

目的评价全科综合管理对社区老年功能性便秘患者的疗效影响分析。方法选择社区2016年6月—2017年6月确诊就诊的120例老年功能性便秘患者,进行随机数字表法分组。对照组接受泻药治疗模式管理,观察组加行全科综合管理。结果干预6个月后,组间排便次数、大便性状、排便困难程度评分对比,观察组优于对照组,组间治疗总有效率对比,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全科综合管理利于社区老年功能性便秘患者治疗效果的提高以及症状、体征的改善。

Objective To evaluate the effect of general management on the efficacy of elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with functional constipation diagnosed from June 2016 to June 2017 wereenrolled in the community and randomized by digital table. The control group received the management mode of laxativetreatment, and the observation group added ge neral management. Results After 6 months of intervention, the number ofbowel movements, fecal traits, and difficulty in defecation were better in the observation group than in the control group.The total effective rate between the groups was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensivegeneral management is beneficial to the improvement of the treatment effect and the improvement of symptoms and signs inthe elderly patients with functional constipation.
