全面流程管理在精神科无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)中的实践及效果

Practice and Effect of Comprehensive Process Management in Psychiatric Convulsion-Free Electroconvulsive Therapy(MECT)

目的分析全面流程管理在精神科无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)中的应用效果。方法选择该院2016年6月—2017年7月期间收治的90例精神科无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)患者,按照随机数字表法均分为观察和对照两组,各组患者入选45例。对照组采用基础护理,观察组采用全面流程管理,比较两组患者的实践效果。结果观察组患者护理质量分数和护理满意度高于对照组患者,不良反应发生率低于对照组患者,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将全面流程管理应用于MECT治疗患者中能够提升其满意度以及整体质量管理。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive process management in psychiatric electroconvulsive therapy without electroconvulsive therapy （MECT）. Methods 90 patients with psychiatric electroconvulsive electroconvulsive therapy（MECT） admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were enrolled. The patients were enrolled inthe observation and control groups according to the random number table. The control group used basic nursing, and the observation group used comprehensive process management to compare the practical effects of the two groups of patients. Results The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. There was significant statistical difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Applying comprehensive process management to MECT-treated patients can improvetheir satisfaction and overall quality management.
