摘要
目的探讨高仿真情景模拟教学对提升护理本科生临床综合能力的应用效果。方法随机抽取该校2015级98名学生,分为对照组和研究组,分别采用传统的教学方法和高仿真情景模拟教学法,比较两组学生的知识、技能和临床护理综合护理能力的差异。结果观察组[(73.9±8.2)分]低于研究组[(77.5±7.9)分],两组学生技能操作成绩差异有统计学意义(t=2.212,P<0.05)。研究组的护理综合能力的4个项目得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中临床护理能力、沟通协作能力和管理教育能力得分较高。结论高仿真情景模拟教学法能提高护理本科生临床综合能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of high simulation scenario simulation teaching on improving theclinical comprehensive ability of nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 98 students from 2015 were randomly selectedfrom the control group and the research group. The traditional teaching methods and high simulation scenario simulationmethod were used to compare the differences between the two groups of students' knowledge, skills and clinical nursingcomprehensive nursing ability. Results The observation group[(73.9±8.2)points] was lower than the study group[(77.5±7.9)points].There were differences in skill performance between the two groups (t=2.212,P〈0.05). The scores of the four items in thestudy group's comprehensive nursing ability were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P〈0.05). Among them, the clinical nursing ability, communication and collaboration ability and managementeducation ability scores were higher. Conclusion The high-simulation scenario simulation teaching method can improve theclinical comprehensive ability of nursing undergraduates.
