摘要
目的基于Magphan SMR 170体模,设计检测程序实现对空间线性度的自动测量,摆脱传统人工检测方式,提高MRI质量控制过程中空间线性度的检测效率。方法针对图像特征,设计包括预处理、特征提取等一系列图像处理算法,重点讨论基于随机Hough变换圆检测及其改进算法对空间线性度待识别模块的提取。结果基于随机Hough变换圆检测及其改进算法的自动检测程序实现了对待识别模块的提取,同时给出的空间线性度检测结果,较于手工检测存在差异,差异显著性水平P=0.10009>0.05,未达显著。结论本文所设计空间线性度自动检测程序能够取代人工检测,在提高参数检测效率的同时,保证了MRI质量控制程序的科学性。
Objective Intelligent detection algorithm based on Magphan SMR 170 was designed to measure the space linearity automatically in this paper. Methods The randomized Hough transform (RHT) circle detection algorithm was applied to extract the target with the shape feature, and the improved algorithm was proposed to accelerate the detection speed. Results Hough detection algorithm realized the extraction of target, and satisfactory results had been obtained on both the detection accuracy and speed (P=0.10009〉0.05). Conclusion Intelligent detection algorithm could replace traditional method of artifcial detection for space linearity.
