摘要
为了减少医源性贫血的发生率,设计一种用于早产儿医源性失血监测分析系统。此系统包括数据采集、传输和分析。数据采集模块由超声液位探测仪测量采血量,电子标签读写器读取患儿基本信息,微处理器处理后,通过无线网络GSM传输到监测分析模块。监测分析模块对采血量、标本种类、血红蛋白值等数据进行分析,为医生开具采血医嘱时机和护士计划采血量提供参考值。系统拥有大数据仓储平台,支持多家医院的数据分析和存储。经实验测试:该系统超声液位探测分辨率0.01 mL,量程4.5 cm,精度±0.2%,声束宽度5 cm,网络传输速度2 MB/s,数据库存储量大于1 T。该系统为目前普遍存在的因医源性失血而导致贫血风险的患者提供一种新的治疗方案。
To reduce the incidence of iatrogenic anemia, an iatrogenic blood loss monitoring and analysis system for premature infants was designed. This system included data acquisition, transmission and analysis modules. The amount of blood collected by ultrasonic liquid level detector was measured by the data acquisition module. Then the basic information of children was read by electronic label reader. After processing of the microprocessor, the data were transmitted to the monitoring analysis module through the wireless network GSM. In the following, the data of blood capacity taken, specimen type, hemoglobin valuea and so on were analyzed by the monitoring analysis module, which could provide references for the timing of doctor prescribed blood collection and the nurse’s planned blood capacity taken. The system had a large data storage platform and supported data analysis and storage in several hospitals. The test results showed that the system’s ultrasonic liquid level detection resolution was 0.01 mL, measuring range was 4.5 cm, accuracy was within ±0.2%, the sound beam width was 5 cm, network transmission speed was 2 MB/s and database storage was greater than 1 T. The system can provide a new treatment program for patients with anemia risk due to the iatrogenic blood loss.
